Jonathan Ince

About Me

Dr Jonathan Ince is an NIHR Academic Clinical Fellow in General Practice, working as a GP Registrar in the East Midlands and holding an Honorary Fellowship in the Division of Cardiovascular Sciences at the University of Leicester. He is a member of the Cerebral Haemodynamics in Ageing and Stroke Medicine (CHiASM) research group at the University of Leicester, with research experience in exploring brain blood flow changes in response to varying physiological states and disease (such as stroke).

He also holds experience in leading the ENGAGE-CV study, a CRN-funded project investigating the barriers faced by under-served communities in accessing cardiovascular healthcare and research. Dr Ince’s research interests also include stroke secondary prevention and life after stroke.
